Elizabeth A. Feisthamel, MSW, LICSW is a licensed, clinical social worker with over 15 years experience as a psychotherapist. She has worked with a range of ages, from middle childhood to senior years, treating mild to severe mental illness and emotional/psychological issues. She received her MSW from Boston College and has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings gaining valuable experience in her field of expertise.

Elizabeth founded Bayside Counseling, LLC to carry out her mission to offer sound, all-encompassing behavioral health care with consideration of each client’s unique characteristics.  This takes into account a whole-person view with an emphasis on wellness by psychological, physical and spiritual care.

Her areas of specialty include: mood and anxiety disorders, body image and eating disorders, and issues unique to women.   Elizabeth’s treatment approach is eclectic, including but not limited to interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and supportive interventions.


Adriana Brayman RD, LDN, CNSC is a licensed, registered dietitian. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at St Joseph College in West Hartford, CT. She has extensive clinical and community pediatric and adult nutrition experience. She has worked as the senior pediatric dietitian at Hasbro Children's Hospital, the lead dietitian for an eating disorders program at a psychiatric hospital in Connecticut and at a private practice in Stamford, Connecticut.

Her specialities include: eating disorders, pediatric and adult weight management and celiac disease. She also has a wide-range of experience and knowledge in gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, cystic fibrosis, endocrine disorders, such as diabetes and metabolic disorders, failure to thrive, neurological disorders and developmental delays, renal disease, oncology and nutrition support.

Adriana is enthusiastic and passionate about her work. Her focus is to work with individuals and their families to set realistic goals for themselves and help them succeed. Her goal is to develop a relationship with each of her clients and pass along enough knowledge and information to help them reach their goals and maintain a healthy and nutritious lifestyle.
